Jitendra Kumar Pandit

Born and raised in a small village in Jharkhand, Jitendra Kumar Pandit always had big dreams of pursuing a career in computer science engineering. From a young age, he was fascinated by technology and spent countless hours tinkering with different apps on computers and mobiles and learning about programming languages. Despite coming from a humble background, Jitendra's passion and determination fueled his ambition to excel in the field of computer science.

After schooling in his village, Jitendra set his sights on pursuing higher education in Delhi. He worked tirelessly to study at a good college in Delhi.

I once remember reading how the demand for web developers in India is growing, and every domain in every industry is influenced by it. I was inspired and knew I had to become a web developer.

However, fate had other plans in store for Jitendra. Just as he was about to begin his college journey, the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Colleges and universities were forced to shut down, and the entire education system underwent a major upheaval. Jitendra's dreams of a smooth transition into college life and a promising placement seemed to crumble before his eyes.

Jitendra Kumar had to relocate. Why?

With unwavering determination, he bravely relocated to Bangalore, a city known for its thriving tech industry.

Here, Jitendra secured a position in a renowned company, Capgemini. However, he soon realized that his theoretical knowledge from college was not enough to excel in the practical aspects of his job. Jitendra understood that he needed to upgrade his technical skills and bridge the gap between academia and industry requirements.

During this search for further education and practical training, Jitendra came across OdinSchool. His friends told him how joining a BootCamp is the quickest way to fast-track one's growth as more and more employers think people certifying from a course have far better practical skills than college grads. Hence, recognizing the potential of joining a web development course specializing in React in transforming his career, decided to enrol and embark on a new journey of learning and growth.

Jitendra Kumar's Leaning Journey at OdinSchool

The immersive learning experience at OdinSchool proved to be transformative for Jitendra. However, along the way, he encountered numerous technical doubts that needed to be addressed.

One of the standout features of OdinSchool was its commitment to keeping students updated on the latest trends in React web development. The instructors' effective teaching methods and the updated curriculum added immense value to Jitendra's learning experience.

Jitendra worked on diverse and challenging projects at OdinSchool, including the development of a social media application, which allowed Jitendra to gain a lot of technical experience. Using trending technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, React, and MongoDB, he gained hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of real-world application development.

Unlike many other educational institutions, OdinSchool didn't sever ties after placement. They continued to provide consistent support until Jitendra received his offer letter from People Tech company, with a substantial hike in salary. This commitment and ongoing assistance set OdinSchool apart in the competitive landscape.
