Siba's success story didn't begin in the plush offices of Genpact.
It started in the humble corridors of a tier 3 college of Bhubaneshwar, Orissa, where he recognized the gap between academic knowledge and industry demands. He could clearly see that his college was hardly updated in terms of technology. In his third year of engineering, he resolved to upskill himself per the industry requirements. He knew it would require at least six months of dedicated effort, and he wanted to ensure he had a buffer period before graduation.
